I was skeptical because a lot of the reviews below mine are certainly written by the companys staff. However the reply was very fast and detailed. I paid for the 48 hour reply but still got the reply much sooner. Would recommend to others.

No one is going to pay 100 for this. For that Ill go to a dermatologist in person for free.

App worked well, but misdiagnosed Shingles as Herpes Simplex

This app just provides a fast diagnosis to your skin problems, you can get some basic information in case of emergency. And then, this app will tell you the healthcare center near you, nice and useful app!!

The app is very handy and helpful but it is in its initial stages and needs improvement in several areas specially it should revise the pricing. But overall, this is a very genius idea that will change the game in upcoming years. I support it.

They dont answer emails even though you paid your money more than once!!!
