Amazing app! Super easy, customer friendly.

Ive paid from 40-80$ in total with a case study already in check awaiting results.. Only to find out that I havent gotten a reply yet. This app has no right in swallowing or sweat and tears with no exchange of interest in return. I have sent them an email yet pending. Otherwise I dont recommend them. Cheap no integrity!!

The diagnosis I received can be summed up thusly: "Heres a condition that Ive ruled out, and heres the prescription medication that would treat this condition Ive ruled out. Go see a dermatologist." Dont waste your money!

I think this app is excellent! I would recommend this to people who want a timely and accurate dermatological diagnosis without the long wait time it would take to see a dermatologist. Thanks FirstDerm!!

Great use on vacation

I paid for an assessment twice and still no response. This app is a complete rip off dont buy it!!

This app is really well done. Its convenient and useful.

I had red bumps pop up on my lower back all of a sudden, and sent in case to First Derm. I found out I had eczema and their dermatologists even told me which cream to pick up from my local pharmacy. Since applying the cream my bumps have started to go away. Thanks guys!

I was worried about a rash I found so I tried the app. Experience was quick, there was no need to log in or register, and I got the response later the same afternoon. The response from the doctor was good and I ended up buying a cream that helped with my problem!

I wish I would have had this app a long time ago. I like that I can find dermatologist nearby. Only wish I can ask skin related questions without a picture.

This is an amazing app for a couple reasons. Most importantly, it actually improves quality of life. Huge win. Tremendously valuable tool to be able to reach out to a dermatologist when I have a rash or worrisome lump. And the app itself is elegant and intuitive. Bravo.

I got their hardware HÜD, which is a dermoscope used for dermoscopy- it takes high grade images of moles for a better opinion. I also use it to track my moles as well as my partner.

Pretty neat idea to connect to doctors without having to go into the office. Great for minor concerns to see if there is anything to worry about!
