Love the new version a so much more user-friendly. I like how I can locate all the dermatologists and pharmacies in the bay area.

Such a wonderful app with exceptional service. I received clear feedback and had piece of mind. Never googling my skin concerns again.

All I can say is I just wasted 10 minutes of my time only to be asked to pay a hefty price just to receive a response from an anonymous user.

I had an issue with dermatitis that my dermatologist had suggested, but I wanted a second opinion and got it within a couple hours. For $25, I think its worth the peace of mind.

Saw an article saying this was free. They want $50-$100 for someone to respond to it.

I have used this app twice for answers to questions about skin issues. Both time had quick and reassuring answers It does cost but its cheaper than an office visit

Ive had a recurring skin condition that a half dozen doctors have not been able to diagnose accurately. Ive spent hundreds of dollars on doctor visits and medication and pretty much resigned myself to accepting it was going to be with me for life. I was highly skeptical that an app would be able to do what doctors failed to do in person. For $25, I really didnt expect much but figured it couldnt hurt. Within an hour, I got a diagnosis with a recommendation to treat the condition with dandruff shampoo. My initial reaction was disbelief, but I went out and bought the shampoo as instructed. After 10 days, the condition improved. After 3 weeks, it was gone! Ive been dealing with it for years and could not believe the remedy was so simple. Thank you FirstDerm, you have a very grateful patient and evangelist for your service.

I cannot tell you how much stress, anxiety, and tears the WRONG result from this app has brought to our family. I used it to check a mole from my father and the result was that it appeared to be "squamous cell carcinoma". Turns out its NOT. It was the worst month of our lifes because an app. I know the app says "its not a diagnosis". Fair enough. But you should NOT even use the word "carcinoma" without checking the patient in person. Apps like these should banned from the face of the planet. You have a moral and ethic responsability in everything you say to your users. Shame on you. Before considering spending your money in this, go see a real doctor and save yourself a lot of anxiety and stress.

I used FirstDerm when I had a rash and didnt have time to visit the doctors office. I received an answer within a few hours with a correct diagnosis and a over the counter medicine recommendation. I will continue to use FirstDerm in the future!

Excellent quality-- way better than I expected. When my dermatologist stopped taking my insurance provider, I looked for another option. First Derm worked great.

Money saver Great deal. I can’t even step foot in my derm’s office for less than $100.
